About the owner: Sis Magner may very well have been a dog in another life. She has this "special way" with dogs. They bond with each other immediately with mutual love and respect. Sis is a certified veterinary assistant and worked for 2 1/2 years in doggy day care where her "gift" became apparent to many. So, your dog couldn't be in better loving arms.
